In accordance with the Association By-Laws, the Association’s Board of Directors shall be composed of the elected officers. The total number of directors to constitute the entire board shall be equal to, and not less than, five. As used in these Bylaws, “Entire board”; means the total number of directors which the Association would have if there were no vacancies.
