If you have recently purchase a home in the Monticello subdivision, we welcome you to our community and encourage you to join our association and help maintain a safe and friendly neighborhood.

If you are already a homeowner in the Monticello subdivision but are not able to login or receive information via email, please complete the new member application. Our current system allows only ONE membership account per household.  Once your membership is reviewed and approved, you will be notified via email with instructions on getting access to our Members Only area.

Mission Statement

We encourage and support an association of neighbors who voluntarily work together to increase property values and promote the spirit of respect, caring, community, family, and friends. Our mission is to enhance our quality of life by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants, Declarations, and By-Laws.

Dues

Annual dues are $25 paid in January each year.  Notices are sent out via email in December of the previous year. Providing a valid email address will help the association avoid postage costs.  Please make checks payable to Monticello Homeowners Association.
