  Where is Monticello Subdivision?

The Monticello subdivision is located on South Cashua Street in Florence, South Carolina.  It is a well established subdivision comprised of approximately 160 well-maintained homes.

The mission of the HOA is to enhance the quality of life by maintaining common areas and upholding Covenants, Declarations, and By-Laws.  We encourage and support an association of neighbors who voluntarily work together to increase property values and promote the spirit of respect, caring, community, family, and friends.
